Terms of Service
The agreement between 1UP! Sales AI Technologies Pte. Ltd. and a business using Huat.
Last updated 20 August 2026.
1. The service
Huat publishes content to your Instagram professional account, replies to comments on your posts, and replies to direct messages sent to you โ according to the settings you configure. You stay in control of those settings and can switch any part of it off at any time.
2. Your account
You must own, or be authorised to act for, the Instagram professional account you connect. You are responsible for what gets published and sent under your account, including anything sent automatically by rules you configured.
3. What you must not do
- Send unsolicited messages. Instagram only lets us reply to someone who contacted you first, and you must not try to work around that.
- Ignore an opt-out. If someone asks to stop receiving automated messages, that is final.
- Disguise automation as a human where the law requires disclosure.
- Publish content you do not have the rights to, or that breaks Instagram's Community Guidelines.
4. Meta's rules apply too
Your use of Huat is also governed by Instagram's Terms of Use and Meta's Platform Terms. If Meta restricts or removes access to your account or to ours, parts of the service may stop working and that is outside our control.
5. Availability
We aim to keep Huat running continuously but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Instagram's own rate limits apply โ including a limit of 100 API-published posts per account per 24 hours โ and we will not exceed them.
6. Your data
Handled as described in our Privacy Policy. You own your content. You can disconnect and have your data deleted at any time.
7. Fees
Where a fee applies it is agreed separately in writing. Unpaid accounts may be suspended after notice.
8. Ending it
You may disconnect and stop using Huat whenever you like. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or that puts our Meta platform access at risk, and will tell you why.
9. Liability
Huat is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits or lost business opportunity.
10. Governing law
Singapore law. The courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction.
